This is the annual meeting between Early Start staff and school preschool staff regarding the transition from services under "Part C" of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to services under "Part B."  It is important that we meet regularly to discuss this process.  There are strict legal requirements that we work together to facilitate this transition within the timelines.

This meeting is mandatory for all Early Start Service Coordinators.  Every school district in the SELPA operating elementary school programs must also be represented.  We do track the registrations to be sure each district is represented.
