The techniques you will learn will focus on preventing explosive behavior and safely managing physical crisis. Training in these techniques will be required in order to correctly utilize “Emergency Behavior Interventions” outlined in the SELPA plan in compliance with California Code of Regulations – Title 5, Section 3000. Participants must attend both full days, and pass a written examination in order to receive certification.
Open toed shoes or sandals are NOT permitted.
