Description:
Everyone who is certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention MUST attend a 3 ¼ -hour refresher every 12 months in order to keep the certification active. This is critical in order to maintain your skills and also very important for liability reasons.
“PBIS” – Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports – Practical Application of the principle of positive behavior support plans to each level of the Crisis Development ModelSM.
Prerequisite: NCPI Level One or Refresher within past year.
